12.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
